Vin Rao, CFA is the Founder and Managing Partner of Etos Capital, a firm focused on public and private equity investments in high-quality businesses with strong management teams.
He has 15+ years of experience across public equity investing and M&A. Prior to founding Etos, Vin held senior finance roles at Qualys, a leader in cybersecurity. He previously served as VP at Morgan Stanley in the Semiconductors group and as a Technology equity analyst at Strategic Investment Advisors.
Vin holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, a Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, and is a CFA charterholder.
